The characteristic external staircase leading to the upper loggia is immediately striking , surmounted by an ancient wisteria that blooms spectacularly in spring. Upon entering the first floor, guests will find a lounge decorated in warm, welcoming colors and equipped with a refrigerator.
The bedrooms overlook the same floor, all complete with private facilities (with shower or bathtub and bidet) and flat-screen TV.
From the rooms the view extends over the surrounding landscape, the hills, the fields, the garden, the animal enclosures.

B&B treatment : buffet breakfast is always included in the room rate
à la carte menu: for those who want to be free to decide daily whether or not to dine in the facility. The restaurant's à la carte menu is available, enriched by dishes of the day to have a varied and complete offer. Dinner is booked in the morning at breakfast
Half board : for those who prefer to plan their vacation in advance and also have a fixed rate. We also offer an à la carte menu for this option, with a varied menu even for longer stays.
For our little guests : Whatever your stay, we'll take care of your children. We always have dishes just for them: tasty, healthy, and wholesome.

Waking up is the best time to enjoy the sounds and scents the open countryside offers its guests: get used to the silence and relaxation of the morning while enjoying the generous buffet breakfast that the Country House offers outdoors under the portico or in the old ox stable that now serves as the internal restaurant.
The original stone walls and the traditional vaulted terracotta ceiling will immerse you fully in the atmosphere of typical Umbrian farmhouses while the homemade sweets and jams will evoke ancient flavours that everyday life often overlooks.
Take some time and start your day the way you like: the breakfast buffet includes bread and biscuits, homemade cakes and pastries, homemade jams, fresh and dried fruit, honey, cereals and yogurt, Nutella for the little ones, and eggs, ham, and fresh cheeses for those who prefer an international breakfast.
Fresh fruit juices and smoothies, espresso or moka coffee, cappuccino, latte, tea, and barley coffee complement the buffet, giving you complete freedom to choose how to start your day. For special needs , plant-based milks and lactose-free and gluten-free products are also available upon request .

In our romantic internal room , we have created a very special corner, dedicated to infusions and herbs.
For an alternative afternoon in our company, an incredible selection of herbal teas and herbal teas, also excellent after dinner. Pair them with our homemade cookies and sweets . A delightful diversion to round out your meal.

Requests for early CHECK-IN must be communicated in advance and must be confirmed by the property.
For late CHECK-OUT after 10 am (possible only in the absence of subsequent arrivals) a supplement of 20 euros per room is required.

The farm has a room with accessible facilities.
The restaurant and common facilities are also accessible, as are the outdoor areas.
However, please report the need for accessible facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
DAILY REORGANIZATION
The accommodations are cleaned and tidied daily.
For weekly stays, the linen is completely changed on Wednesdays.
Pursuing our philosophy of sustainability and respect for the environment, we try to reduce the number of laundry washes and therefore do not carry out changes during short stays unless absolutely necessary. Please take this into account when managing the linen provided.
