The streets of Craft and Shopping.
Umbria: not only shopping but also typical Arts and Crafts.
Craftmanship
Umbria is the land of origin of great artisan excellence: ceramics, fabrics, wrought iron are the main materials from which artistic productions based on the medieval Arts and Crafts have developed. Alongside the production of objects of use, Umbrian master craftsmen have developed a know-how closely linked to the territory, of which some towns are direct evidence, such as Deruta, the city of artistic majolica known throughout the world. A visit to Umbria can be an opportunity to see the workshops of master craftsmen up close, some of which have also become real museums that bear witness to the history of Umbrian manufacturing activity. The artisan workshops are active above all in the historic centers of cities such as Perugia, Gubbio and Orvieto, and a tourist tour can become the excuse to bring home a piece of Umbria in a small work of art.
Shopping
The agriturismo is located a short distance from various towns, and the nearby highway allows you to reach various points of the Umbrian and Tuscan territory quite comfortably. Not only can Perugia, Castiglione del Lago, Assisi, Gubbio and other Umbrian towns be visited with a day trip, but also Siena and Cortona are easily reachable by car in maximum an hour's journey. For every need, the agriturismo is also located a few minutes' drive from some shopping centers, often open even during the holidays.
